|||Tongaat - Four men were arrested for alleged bank card cloning in Tongaat, north of Durban, KwaZulu-Natal police said on Saturday.
The four men were arrested at an ATM at the Tongaat post office on Friday, said Captain Thulani Zwane.
“They were found in possession of the alleged cloning and skimming devices, bank cards and R2,500 cash.”
Following their arrest, the men led police to a Nigerian man who apparently supplied them with the cloning devices.
When police arrived at the man's house they found he had run away.
The four men were expected to appear in the Verulam Magistrate's Court soon.
Police were still searching for the alleged supplier, Zwane said. - Sapa
