|||Durban - A man was hit by a car and died on the M4 freeway, near Jacobs, KwaZulu-Natal, on Friday, paramedics said.
“The man's vehicle broke down and when he got out of it, he was knocked over by a passing by vehicle,” Netcare 911 spokeswoman Santi Steinmann said.
