The men were arrested on Friday, said Colonel Jay Naicker.
The body of Siyabonga Mzizi, 30, was found on the the Uvongo R61 highway in Margate on October 5. He had sustained stab wounds on his hand, neck and chest.
Two men, aged 22 and 24, were arrested.
Naicker said one of them had been linked to three armed robberies reported in Margate this month.
Police also recovered a cellphone that was stolen from Mzizi.
The two are due to appear in the Ramsgate Magistrate's Court on Monday.
