A man was killed and a woman critically injured when their car hit a tree in Chatsworth, Durban, paramedics said.
|||Durban - A man was killed and a woman critically injured when their car hit a tree on Saturday morning in Chatsworth, Durban, paramedics said.
Paramedics found the vehicle on its side on the M1 Higginson Highway, Rescue Care spokesman Garrith Jamieson said.
Jamieson said the two were both entrapped in the vehicle. The man, who was in his early 20s, died at the scene.
The 20-year-old woman. who was driving the vehicle, was in a critical condition.
She was treated at the scene before being taken to a local hospital. - Sapa
